- Returns & Replacements
- Return Requests will ONLY be accepted via email, fax or post so that both parties have a written record.
- Return of Defective Items:
- Any product that has been used according to the intention and specifications stipulated by the manufacturer and has subsequently found to be defective will be replaced, repaired or refunded by SafetyRazor.com.au, if returned within 7 (seven) calendar days of the original invoice date.
- Return of "Change of mind" items:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind

- We accept payment by Credit card, Paypal, Direct Deposit and Cheque.
- Paying by credit card is fast, easy and secure. We use Paypal to process credit card payments which means SafetyRazor.com.au do not receive or hold any of your credit card details. An advantage of paying with credit card is that we receive your payment instantly, which means we can begin processing your order straight away.
