Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are received within 1-12 business days from the date your payment has cleared, depending your location. Sydney and most capital cities delivery is 1-2 days. Out of city surburbs 2-5 days and  reginal/country areas can take up to 12 days depending on your location. All orders are shiped from our Sydney warehouse.
SafetyRazor.com.au ships orders by Toll or Australia Post. When you checkout on our website, the shipping charge is automatically calculated based on your postcode. You can get a shipping quote at any time by going to your shopping cart and entering your postcode in the "Estimate Shipping" box.
SafetyRazor.com.au only delivers to Australian addresses.
For questions about availability of your desired items, please contact us. We have a 98.8% in stock rate, meaning if the website has the item in stock, we have the item in our warehouse. On the off chance we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you ASAP.

Returns & Replacements
Return Requests will ONLY be accepted via email, fax or post so that both parties have a written record.
Return of Defective Items:
Any product that has been used according to the intention and specifications stipulated by the manufacturer and has subsequently found to be defective will be replaced, repaired or refunded by SafetyRazor.com.au, if returned within 30 calendar days of the original invoice date or replaced, or repaired by SafetyRazor.com.au, if returned within 30 to 365 calendar days of the original invoice date. After this time please contact us as your manufacturs warrenty may be longer (depending on the brand). We are always happy to help so please contact us.
Return of "Change of mind" items:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from your purchase date for un-opened and un-used items. Due to the hygenic nature of the items we sell, we can not accept returns for 'change of mind' once the items has been handled, opened or used. Please note that we do not refund the original postage fees with the return or return costs for 'change of mind'.
